To say that Katsuki wasn’t thrilled was an euphemism so big it would be as saying that Japan was a little overpopulated. 

But Deku had insisted, almost dragged him, told him Katsuki owed him a trip because they didn’t had their freaking honeymoon - damn, they almost didn’t had their fucking wedding -  busy as they were fighting villains and now it was the perfect time to take a break, exploit the Christmas holidays to go somewhere, just the two of them, in a very isolated place, possibly with natural springs of hot water and a comfortable bed in which they could tumble at the end of the day. 

So Katsuki had had to agree, to say fine, ok, let’s go, but if you think for just one secondi this is gonna go as you plan you are a deluded fool and Deku had just smiled fondly, rolling his eyes at the ceiling it’s a quiet place, just a weekend, the village has less than three thousand resident and it’s not even a tourist place - and see how that ended. 

“So, just to make sure I have all the facts,” the police officer in front of them looked at his notepad again, his eyes wide as if he couldn’t believe this was really happening in his godforsaken village - Bakugou would have said “feel you” really, except he had seen this coming from a mile away - “would you mind badly to repeat me how exactly you found out that the owner of this establishment was running a human trafficking ring? By the way, are you really sure he’s just unconscious and not dead?”
